far away no where

Imagine the most fond memories and the best poetry that you've ever read. Then image that you are in a place so serene that you find yourself never wanting to leave. Basically, I'm aiming for, like, 5% of that. The author comments on pretty much everything related to anime with specific regard to interpretation by the viewer. There is an aversion to writing episodic summaries. When the topic is not strictly related to anime a tenuous link is established often resulting in confusion and humor. Every once in a while there are some extremely nonsensical writings that appear, the author takes no responsibility and usually doesn't remember posting the items.

Heroic Age and some other random stuff
Long ago, in time long forgotten, there was an anime called Heroic Age.Actually, it wasn’t all that long ago. It would be around two years or so. Of course, in aniblogger time, that might as well be Precambrian.  Bloggers tends to be a bunch that have a fixation on the current.  I tend to notice...

Canaan – My favorite psycho
So, this is where I’d put some caption on the image about Liang Ji really getting into the Wii. Seriously, she’s the freakin’ conductor of the crazy train.Liang is such an insane character it’s hard not to like her. This is anime, so it is completely possible that they will work...

Yuki blushing
So, I got curious as to what it would look like, given that we are expecting this to occur soon. You’ll have to forgive me for getting a little impatient.Like every other Yuki fan on the planet, this was the only thing I absolutely wanted from the second season of Haruhi. Although, I’ll admit,...

Haruhi…endless eight…bla, bla…bla
After, yet another, endless eight tragedy, I’m feeling a bit more angry than I was while writing my last post on the subject.  Basically, it started after that post. I decided to reminisce on the once-was Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu by doing a random google search.I stumbled upon the God Knows...

About Haruhi’s Endless Eight
It was a normal day just like any other day. I found myself reading through the myirad and random posts on the front page of reddit, whilst preparing to watch another episode of Haruhi 2009.  As I wondered through the various postings of a troubled world and nation, I came to the realization that I...

Saki - time for an experiment
I’m sure you are asking yourself what exactly I could mean by “experiment.”  It’s simple really. While watching the first episode of Saki, I found myself being fairly entertained by something I know little to nothing about. That being the game of Mahjong. I don’t know how...

Asu no Yoichi! > Toradora! … !
After finishing Asu no Yoichi, I am forced to admit that it is indeed a far superior anime than Toradora. It accomplished in twelve episodes what Toradora was unable to do in twenty-five and one crappy SOS parody.I know what you are thinking. If Asu no Yoichi! was so awesomotastic, why wasn’t I...

More on Toradora … !
Taiga and Ryuji are the only characters in Toradora that have experienced any “growth” throughout the series. I say that very sparingly because it wasn’t as if their character changed as much as it was that they were shown to have been accepted by those around them.  The key point...

Toradora … oh, forgot … !
Needless to say, Toradora has kept things interesting. Some say there have been lulls in the plot. Others have said that it has been entertaining throughout. I place my self squarely in the latter. Of the shows that I’m following, it is still the only one that I eagerly await and watch as soon...

Day 1
When I think about what I want for this year, I find myself at a loss.  The last year has flown by with such a speed that I’m still in a bit of a daze, wondering what happened to all the time.  As I mentioned a while back, 2008 was as much a year of

Bah, Humbug!
As some of you may remember, I did not do a Merry Christmas post last year.I refused on the grounds that it seemed to be required of anime blogs, or blogs in general. Just because I have a public forum in which people are suckered in to reading my musings does not mean that I
